With arm
Lifting and transporting pumps and suction pipes with quick positioning in the field
The base with arm is a complete and functional solution for transporting and using pumps in agriculture. Thanks to its integrated arm structure and tractor-powered lifting system, it allows both the pump and the already connected suction pipe to be moved in a single operation.
Once in the field, the operator can simply operate the winch to lower the pipe into the channel and quickly position the suction and delivery system.
This configuration significantly reduces installation time and manual operations, offering a stable, practical system that is ideal for those who need to move frequently or work in different areas.
Technical characteristics
Base:
steel
Pump:
equipped with multiplier suitable for any type of system
Drive shaft:
(cardan) designed to ensure continuous transmission between tractor and pump
Suction flange:
equipped with ball joint (Ferrari, Anfor, Bauer and Perrot versions)
Discharge flange:
complete with gate valve or wafer valve and ball joint (Ferrari, Anfor, Bauer and Perrot versions)
Swan neck:
replaces the delivery flange
PAM manual priming pump:
for filling the suction pipe
Patented suction arm:
guarantees two lifting points on the suction pipe, offering optimal load distribution and greater stability during lifting. This configuration allows the use of longer suction pipes, up to 6 metres
Suction arm
standard, equipped with a single lifting point on the suction pipe, designed to ensure safety and reliability during handling operations in the field. Suitable for suction pipes with a maximum length of 4 metres.
Optional
Arm:
hydraulic, controlled directly from the tractor cab
Winch:
hydraulic, controlled directly from the tractor cab
Suction unit:
equipped with a rubber hose with ball joints and clamps and a steel pipe with a bottom valve that can be sized according to the distance from the supply source
PATENTED arm features
The lifting device consists of a steel structure complete with an adjustable arm for moving the suction pipe by means of a winch.
The suction pipe is suspended from the iron structure by two pulleys, suitably fixed, which come into contact with the metal cable connected to the winch.
This device eliminates the oscillation and swaying movements typical of traditional lifting systems, which often cause the suction pipe to break.
The patented device has been designed for use with motor pump units, self-propelled reel systems (rollers), and lifting applications related to irrigation.
