Oroflex drag delivery pipes.
Designed and recommended as a drag pipe for transferring sewage and manure, as a supply line for irrigation, for mobile irrigation systems, sludge injection, brackish water transfer, wastewater transfer and for transporting compatible fluids in general. The construction prevents corrosion and fouling, while ensuring high resistance to abrasion and cuts. Easy to handle, store and transport, allowing for quick installation and removal.
Length: Standard sections of 100 m (330 ft) and 200 m (660 ft). Longer sections available on request.
Technical characteristics
Construction:
made from 100% high-tenacity synthetic yarn woven circularly, fully protected and secured by high-strength thermoplastic polyurethane, extruded through the fabric to form a single homogeneous construction
Chemical resistance:
the short- or long-term performance of the hose is not affected by expansion in seawater or contamination by most chemicals, hydrocarbons, oils or greases.
Abrasion resistance:
OROFLEX DRAG hose allows you to extend the life of your application in extreme conditions where abrasion is a major concern. In practical terms, the thermoplastic polyurethane used is considered the most resistant material available.
Maximum tensile strength of the inner layer:
minimum guaranteed value of MPa (5,800 psi).
Maximum elongation:
minimum 500%.
Ozone resistance:
no visible signs of ozone cracking. Excellent resistance to UV rays and various climatic environments..
