WHAT ARE THE WARRANTY TERMS?

All products sold are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and, for end consumers only, by the 24-month legal warranty from the date of purchase (12 months for VAT holders), in accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005.

The manufacturer’s warranty is provided according to the terms established by the manufacturer.

Before any intervention, you must contact our technical support service. After an initial check, our technician will provide instructions on how to proceed.

The warranty applies only to products with a lack of conformity, provided they have been used correctly and according to the technical documentation.
